This section, the heart of the product, contains a heavily annotated and completely formatted proposal outline. This arrangement allows the bidder to concentrate on writing, not on administration. It contains up to four classes of comments buried within each sections/paragraph: RULEs, HINTs and ADVICE:

• RULEs are developed directly from the solicitation package;

• HINTs are developed from statistical and anecdotal information that is NOT available in the solicitation package(mostly from recent SBIR winners and government sources)

• disclosing what seems to be working/winning;

• ADVICE is developed from more than 300 man years of proposal experience at JADE Research Corporation (sort of the "conventional wisdom" available from our shop); and

• NOTEs are simply statements of fact of which the proposer should be aware.

Pre-formatted spreadsheet templates to aid in the collection and estimation of project costs are designed to allow you to breakdown the job into its various components and estimate each in detail, then easily sum up each part as well as the whole. Allows individual totals to be shown either at the direct cost level or loaded through Overhead and G&A (switchable in seconds). The SBIR-Advisor™ add-in includes budget development advice and an easy to use spreadsheet tool to guide the development of first time estimates of overhead and G&A structures.

6) SBIR-Forms™ ADD-IN PROGRAM

This program supports the on-screen completion and printout of completed forms using your computer system (requires a printer with 300 dpi resolution, or better).
